Diagnosis
Midlobe of mesoscutum with posterior 1/3 with raised reticulation; scutellum with raised reticulation, predominantly reticulate, with a weak median groove but without lateral mesh-rows; vertex with raised and strong reticulation; coxae yellowish-brown; frontal suture incomplete, present only in median ½ of frons; setae on thoracic dorsum short; forewing with speculum open below and towards base of wing; first gastral tergite smooth and shiny; male flagellum with a two-segmented clava.
